Introduction
The c++
programming language was developed by Bjarne stroustrup in 1980’s at AT & T Bell laboratories
(programming language used at that time) lacked stimulations so stroustrup added features from Stimula
67 (the programming language which he
mostly used).
The reasons behind the
popularity of C++ is that it is an object oriented programming language .the
following line shows it’s importance
“Object Oriented
Technology is regarded as the ultimate paradigm for the modeling information, be that data or logic. The C++ has by now shown
to fulfill this goal”
So C++ is nothing but a
programming language but the meaning of object oriented programming (OOP) is
that it features the real world model which is of great importance for
programmers who use it for various purposes.
C++ is fast and
versatile programming language. It is easy to learn and program(which
I will of course teach you in the upcoming lessons.
C++ is used for writing
driver programes.Both C and C++ and mostly used for making games because they
have faster execution compared to other programming languages but C is said to
be faster than C++ in execution.
